Along with Gene Bacon, other Apostolic and Prophetic ministers will be a part of COPS.  The other ministers who are now a part of the Coalition Of Prophets will form a core group who will minister to the Church at large, and will be instrumental in helping local Pastors and leaders to fulfill the vision of God for their respective regions and communities. Through this leadership team God will release power and authority in the local Churches as the foundation for the Church to be built upon.

Gene Bacon will be the lead Apostle of the group and will oversee the vision given by God for the Coalition Of Prophets. Gene will be joined together with a core group of Prophets at this time and will later on add other Apostles and Prophets to the core group.

At this time the leadership team will consist of will be; Gene Bacon Apostle, John Schimonitz, Pastor/Prophet, Rick Piersee, Prophet, and Bryan Meado Pastor/Prophet.

Through this Apostolic/Prophetic leadership team, COPS will endeavor to help local Pastors and Church eldership teams fulfill their local vision given by God.

Realizing that God has given vision to the local Church to reach beyond their local regions, COPS will assist local Pastors accomplish their outreach to their immediate area and to the regions round about them. God is raising up Pastors who have a heart and goal to affect their particular regions with the gospel and power of the Holy Ghost. God is also  raising up those Pastors who have  a vision beyond their local Church as Apostles to their surrounding regions.

Apostles and Prophets affiliated with the Coalition Of Prophets will help facilitate that transition from Pastor to Apostle. Some of the COPS ministers either now or in the past have served as Pastors to local Churches and have the knowledge and experience necessary to make it easier for Pastors to make that transition from Pastor to Apostle. Cops will also include Pastors in their leadership teams. Apostles and Prophets need Pastors within their ranks who have a shepherds heart for the sheep of  Jesus Christ.

Cops ministers will also identify five-fold ministers, elders, and  within the local congregations and will assist Pastors in teaching and training those who are called into the ministry. 

Apostles will also help the Pastor and leadership set things in order in the Church and establish the Church on the Biblical foundation required by Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church.

NOTE: STRICT ADHERENCE TO THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD WILL BE FOLLOWED IN ESTABLISHING BIBLICAL ORDER IN THE CHURCH
